Privacy Policy

We are committed to safequarding our customers privacy and we adhere to the strict rules of the Data Protection Act to ensure that any of the personal details that we hold are protected from unauthorised access.


If you're not completely happy with your purchase, providing the goods are returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt a full refund/ exchange will be given. We will not be able to refund the delivery charges incurred. It is recommended that your returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost/damaged in transit unless the items are posted in this way.

Please note: Items that have been personalised or made to order cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.


The majority of the items produced at woollybobs are hand knitted  so each item is unique. With this in mind, if your item is not in stock it may take up to 14 days to produce. You will be kept informed if this is the case but please bear this in mind when ordering.

We have taken every care to ensure our descriptions and specifications are clear, however slight variations in colour may occur due to individual computer software settings.


Our payment service provider is Paypal which provides a secure online shopping experience


All our goods are sent via Royal Mail. First class delivery is £2.50 but you can choose a recorded delivery option at £3.50.
